I am proud to say the iMind Risk Assessment developed by Dianne Gibert many years ago, as a cornerstone of the iSafe program, stands up against the new Regulations in Victoria and in the Model WHS legislation in other jurisdictions.

To support businesses in Victoria as they implement the Occupational Health & Safety (Psychological Health) Regulations 2025 Business this workshop captures the iMind Risk Assessment and builds a Psychological Health Management Plan (PHMP) to ensure employer duties are fulfilled under the Regulations and everyone engaged in the workplace has a chance to contribute.

There are a number of steps to building a strong PHMP: governance, identification, consultation, risk assessment, controls, training, monitoring and documentation. This requires more than management & supervision

The business has to own the Plan and everyone: Directors, management, workers and others linked to the business need to understand and commit to creating and maintaining a mentally healthy workplace.

These are one on one focussed meetings, online where possible, to complete the assessment, build the Plan and create a pathway for communication and consultation for psychological health management across the business.
